Help getting needed health care services

What are member liaisons?

Member liaisons help seniors, members with disabilities or chronic conditions, and Whole-Child Model members. They also help members without housing get health care services. The member liaison works with members and their providers to get proper care and timely referrals to services. They can also connect members to health and community resources.

How can our member liaisons help you?

They work closely with health care providers, case managers, and agencies throughout Orange County to help guide CalOptima members through the health care system.

They can help with doctor visits, non-emergency medical transportation and medication issues. Also, they can assist with getting medical supplies, such as wheelchairs, wheelchair repairs, crutches and more.
