OneCare Connect

Key trainings for OCC providers and staff

Providers and their staff are required to complete training modules on key topics for OneCare Connect Cal MediConnect Plan (Medicare-Medicaid Plan). The training requirement applies to those directly responsible for providing health care services to our members or who administer OneCare Connect (OCC) health care benefits. Each training module contains topic-specific content created to meet the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and CalOptima three-way contract requirements.

All providers are required to access and view the module titled, OneCare Connect Program Overview.
