As Executive Director, Quality & Population Health Management, Jeannis is responsible for oversight of several departments, including Quality Analytics, Quality Improvement, Population Health Management and Behavioral Health Integration. Her work is focused on improving the member experience, promoting optimal health outcomes, ensuring efficient care and improving health equity. Marie is a registered nurse and certified case manager, with over 20 years leadership experience in health care management. Marie’s background is diverse and includes experience in home care, care management, utilization management, informatics, quality, and population health management. Marie has been dedicated to serving CalOptima members since 2002 and has held various clinical leadership positions. Marie holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from City College of New York, and a master’s degree in nursing from Walden University with a concentration in health informatics.
